status update lol
Sooo about two months ago now I posted to the OOC comm saying "not hiatus" since I was starting work and didn't expect to be around as much. Except I still found time to comment-ninja here and there while at work and regularly spammed it up on the weekends as much as I could, so nothing really changed.
But NOW I really have to call in that not-hiatus for reals.
If you've been following my RL journal (god knows why you would), you may have noticed the steady stream of updates about... er. Nothing except for work, work and more work. This... is because it's a pretty realistic representation of my life right now! I've suddenly been put in a position where I'm charge of all the company's incoming money for the next month, and I'm pretty much drowning in paperwork ALL DAY EVERY DAY.
(Protip: don't go into accounting. Ever. Even as a temp. YOU WILL REGRET IT.)
By the time I get home every day/get to the weekend, I'm pretty much dead and have little energy to throw myself into threads, HOWEVER if someone wants to thread with me (... again, I don't know why you would! but just sayin'), all you have to do is ask and I will happily oblige. I have the feeling I'll probably start regaining my energy to thread after work hours once I've settled into this new routine, but just for now it's been really bloody taxing.
THAT SAID the days I don't have work are as follows: Saturday, Sunday and Monday. If you're on the other side of the world (IE not Australasia), that'd be Friday, Saturday and Sunday for you.
